I would just like to say thank you for treating my Sciatica. I am now able to climb the stairs and walk uphill without pain. I can't believe what a difference it has made and it has enabled me to slowly rebuild my fitness and be more active again. I have just started running. I would definitely recommend Bowen Technique to others now.

I feel lucky to have found Mandy. What this lady doesn't know about feet and Pointe Shoes, posture and injury, I would suggest, is not worth knowing. Such a kind manner, thorough approach, in a lovely setting with no interruptions. I would highly recommend anyone needing expert pointe shoe fittings visit Mandy. You just wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have had an on-going shoulder issue for over a year with pain and stiffness. I had tried Massage before but after 2 months of Pilates the pain has been relieved. Mandy is very knowledgable Pilates Teacher and has a calm and positive manner and encourages you but will never make you feel forced to try any exercise that you don't feel comfortable with.
I'm a Pilates convert!
